My 25 yard groups really tightened up. Won't shoot that far but it's good practice. Plus I'm shooting a yearling sized target

I've been shooting Woodsman's for the last few years, and I like them a lot. good luck, gents. time to make some meat. my assault on local deer herds begins today. ...free at last, free at last...:pickle:

Jamie did you find that you had to adjust most of the woodsman after spinning them?
I think i had 3 out of a dozen that i didnt have to heat up and adjust.
Still like the way they fly though.

I actually enjoy tinkering with the broadheads and making adjustments and sharpening them.

Hell yeah. It adds to it. What shoukd i have for sharpening?

Right now im using one of those buck knife dual sided diamond sharpeners. Puts a nice edge on anything.

Going to order up some of those woodsmans.

I shot a bunch yesterday. Broke out two judo points and had some fun. Feeling really confiden

I'm either mounting them on a Woody Weight or directly to a wood shaft. yes, I usually have to adjust a little when mounting them. this is the norm. some require more fiddling than others, but no matter what, they aren't ready for shooting until they spin true. arrow will never fly right with broadhead mounted crooked.

Still been out shooting as much as i can,my deer hunting is done for the yr but had a fun deer season and some luck.
I really love this bow i'm shooting and was thinking about going to a 55 pd bow but this 47 # widow seems to fit me well and gets the job done.
Believe i will stick with it.
A few pics of my trophys this yr.
Will have to do a write up when i find more time on my last hunt.uploadfromtaptalk1448541572437.jpguploadfromtaptalk1448541590605.jpguploadfromtaptalk1448541613316.jpg

Yes Gordo that woodsman broadhead busted right through.
He turned a little right when i released and i hit right on the shoulder.Heavy arrow and broadhead combo plowed right through and with just 47 Pound bow.

I love to hear that dude! Raw power. What shafts you shooting?
