"Sous-Vide"-Style Steaks

Doing some St. Louis style ribs tonight...

Did you use dry rub and repack or went plain with the original shrink wrap?
 
I usually dry rub but these are going to get finished on the grill with sauce so I didn't pull them out. It is cheating but I was doing it on the quick today. Steaks always get pulled, seasoned and repackaged before the water bath.
