Anyone able too login too their camera or account this morning? I received notifications this morning but camera is offline as is their website. Login page comes up but doesn’t recognize the credentials.
Buddy just called me and he’s having the same issues. Kind of relieved that he called and had the same thing happening. We’ll see what happens throughout the day.

Spypoint sh@t it'self last night - tech server issue I'm guessing and another clown show in Canada...

...And I just went unlimited on my cams yesterday evening to start collecting data... maybe that was it? ;)

All the camera companies are having problems right now. System is overloaded. They sold more product than they could provide for. I've had a cell cam for 2 weeks I can't even make an account.

Will the pictures come when they get back online? I keep getting notifications that something went by, but no pictures show up. I guess I’m asking if I’ll get a couple hundred at one time? 😂

Typical IT problem. Didn't anticipate the load. I'm sure a shitload of last-minute people went out last weekend and dumped a pile of corn and hung a cam. Takes a couple of days for the coons and deer to find it. Bam huge demand spike and night-night technical resources.

^ thinking the same thing Joe, would've been interesting to be in their CIC when it first started down - first SITREP's are always wrong and lead to rash bad decisions.

-or- much less likely but a possibility is cyber attack on the spypoint server infrastructure. Competitor or otherwise.

I got a spy point camera that will not find a signal, it just flashes green, this was happening before last night
I had my micro solar that worked flawlessly last year give me fits this summer when putting it back out. I ended up sending it in for a replacement. I had some other issues last season with some other micros. I had to jump thru hoops with Spypoint CS before getting everything resolved. I truly hate their CS , but they do uphold their end of the deal.

I had an interesting issue with Spypoint yesterday. I use three of their CellLink systems. I set up a camera (new camera for this CellLink unit). I walked by the camera to trigger it, I got the notification a few minutes later my app received the pics...but I opened and they were not there. I triggered the camera again, same thing. I logged in on the web interface instead of using the app, I saw the pics. Here's where it got interesting. I noticed the date/time was jacked up on the camera. I was in a rush and didn't catch it in the woods. It was set to 10-11-22 yesterday, when it was actually 10-10-22. Today, the pics populated on the app. I didn't realize the CellLink was relying on the date/time on the camera to "know" when the pic was taken. I'll have to fix it when I go back and hunt the area in a few weeks.

Jeff did you reboot your phone trying too fix it? Wonder if shutting the camera off and then turning it back on would do anything as well? I don’t remember setting up the date/time on my camera, wonder if it’s an automatic thing built into it? Goes by the cell service like a phone?

I rebooted the phone, even deleted the app and reinstalled it. I can see them in real time on the web version, just not in the app. Fixing the camera date/time will fix the issue, I think. Not doing that until I go back in to hunt, though.
