My wife's car has it - GMC Acadia. After driving it for a time or two, I honestly don't even notice it anymore. I do love the vehicle overall.

On our dodge Durango they supposedly put a beefier starter and battery in to handle it. To me that just says more expensive to replace. If true then since I disabled it I should never have to replace the battery or starter. Yeah right. The battery is under the passenger seat in the floor. .
