Steve's 2019 season

I use them for everything. I don’t use the deep ones as it’s heavy and can put 25# in the other ones. They even sell tops for them if needed.
One of your post turned me on to them to start. I just never think about it until I see them being used. I need to measure my fridge and see about the ones with lids. I like to let my meat age for a while, like a week or two.

Compare the sizes. They come in all different dimensions. Some will fit in your fridge, others won't. The one im using from cabela's is 20 x 15 x 5
 
Made 31 lbs of summer sausage tonight. Will smoke and cook it tomorrow and hang out until Sunday evening.
