We finally found Kody something we both agreed on as a first truck. He has plans that I have no idea about. Like cow pattern headliner with star lights. Ummmmm, wut? How about we start with fixing the rust? Lol. This will be a slow process as he doesn't have a license or a job to do anything to it yet. But let's start this to see where it goes.

03' extended cab Tacoma
231,000 miles
3 or 4" lift
Updated frame
$3,800

No doner sheet metal is not as easy to find for the toyota's. That is pretty bad. Looks like a solid truck otherwise; the new frame is a plus. Yea, im on tacoma world same user name i dont post much on there. Id look at junk yards for a new cab or maybe find one to cut and weld in.

Are he floor pans okay? If so, I would think Google will lead you to some sheet metal easy enough. Superduty rockers and cab corners weren't terrible. Never done a Tacoma though.

He has decided to do what I originally told him. Drive the journey and save some money. So the little Taco is going up for sale. Hopefully he makes a little money on it and that gives him a solid head start. Kid is stuck on a junk ass cars for some reason. I told him he will regret this some day and I'm leaving it at that. We will get it all detailed up this weekend and get it posted. Not sure what a fair price is. I told him $5,000 but after looking around, probably closer to $6,500? Seems crazy to me.
