We have a target. This is Wilbur.

I am not sure if I had him on camera last year. This is the 2nd year hunting this property. I had him on camera a few months ago, then he dissapeared. Now he is all Ive been thinking about. Im trying not to get my hopes up as Ive been told there are a lot of people that hunt the area surrounding me.

I’m changing tactics here in the next few days. Really would like to tag one before gun season but if not I’ll try to shoot one with a muzzleloader.

Going out this weekend even tho saturday looks like a wash. Needed the cold weather to stick around. Seen a bunch of deer in the fields the other night but nothing last night when it warmed up. I do have a pretty nice 8 showing up alot at the blind and since its gonna be warm i think savannah will be with me for maybe her last hunt this year.
