Still flooded, cloudy and raining up here but the itch is setting in. The next few days are going to put it into overdrive with the sun and heat. I suspect a lot of backyard trips this year and a few of ya have helped stoked the itch with some pictures already the last few weeks.

Wishing a safe and enjoyable camping year for everyone. May your equipment keep you dry, warm, cool and running down the road without issue this summer!

Tent camped at Burr Oak this weekend with the girls. We've moved from a "maybe" when it comes to being a camping family and justifying a camper to "just a matter of time". Won't happen in 2020, but spring '21 is extremely likely. Our girls love it and with so many campgrounds close to us, it's easy to pull off several trips a year.

I've been hoping we'd be a camping family, so it felt good to hear everyone say how much fun they had and that they can't wait to go back.

Awesome Clay. Those hammocks look comfy, better than a back of a jeep. I slept in the back of my old 92 XJ more times than I can remember.

Is that your son or grandson? I was thinking all ure boys were grown.

We have never been to a Jellystone/Yogi Bear campground before, and while you are on top of each other site wise, it was very well kept and more things to do than the kids could fit in. Highly recommend if looking to be able to kick back and let the kids roam or spend every minute together as a family, it covered both.

Looking forward to the normal more secluded and bigger spots now lol.
