When my last camper did that it was on a bind. Right at the gear box. I was able to get on it with a pipe wrench to get me home. But I did junk it. Warranty fix![]()
You going to swap them both out at the same time?Went to dealer this AM, no help, out of warranty and don't have motor in stock. Called around for pricing, ranges from $104-$400. Got pissed and called BAL (motor manufacturer) and Forest River (maker of trailer), logged complaints with both and offered to send pictures/return untampered with motor back to engineering team.
BAL engineering team called, said yep, we're sending you a new RH motor, return your old one. Were also throwing in a LH just in case and as an appreciation for the partnership. Ship out tomm, be there 1-2 days....yeah baby!
