Well yesterday got permission on a new property, today I was hanging stands and clearing lanes, got one Hung and was sitting in it relaxing for a sec and hear a guy yelling for me, so I go out to the jeep and this guy starts fussing at me telling me to get out and don't come back, I mean a real ass, the guy that gave me permission only rents the house, he said he owned the land grrr sometimes I hate people!

Yeah, he knows the owners I guess ( which isn't the guy that was bitching) and said he will call them and ask them for me, he apologized a million times saying its the least I can do, no the least you could have done was say no its not my property, bad day indeed, but what a Damn good spot, big old oaks everywhere and trail intersections galore

Man, that would suck. Let me guess, the owners of the land either hunt the land themselves or allow no hunting at all. That's the situation over here in Warren county anyway. Sorry to hear this happen to ya.

Just got done tearing down a setup from a property that I had permission to hunt on. Well I guess I still have permission to hunt, its just on the section of property that is so small. I would have hunter within 100 yds of me on both directions.

And then I find my camera laying face down in the watering hole I had it setup on. I guess time will yell if it is fried or not.

Well I guess this is the right spot for this... All that I've got going on right now trying to get the house ready to move into & trying to get ready for season. I've got to go to Denmark on the 16th for 4 days for work.

I've been told by a lot of people that they would love to go on a free trip there, however I do not want to. I've got too much going on!

Oh well, I hope it's cool ad I am going to drink some brewskis there! (those will be free too!)

Today the kids had a two hour delay. No biggie. My daughter was sick. Okay. I can deal with this. Dad came over to help me work on a door. I head out to Menards to pick up some stuff. Come back and the tones have dropped for a detached garage on fire. . . .NEXT DOOR! Got home, put on my turnout gear and headed to the neighbors garage fire. Great people. I feel bad for them. Good news is nobody was hurt inside the house. Melted their house siding and the nose of a car. One fire fighter treated for heat related injury from what I heard. They shipped him out before I got on scene. He must have fallen out early. I dunno.

Got back on the door repair at my house today. No fires at the neighbors. Why is it dump worthy? Not only did we have to remove the door, we had to pull up some laminate flooring. Then we proceeded to cut through 2 sheets of OSB. Don't ask, contractor that did our remodel was an idiot. Finally, Dad and I got the rotten floor replaced, hung the new door, and cleaned up. Need to patch in one more piece of OSB, drop the laminate back in place, the trim, and put some J-channel and siding back on tomorrow. Long day. Project "mostly" completed, but just a stupid day because I should have never had to have done this 5-6yrs after the addition was put on.

On the bright side, what would have probably cost a clueless homeowner a couple grand was taken care of by my Dad and I for under a couple hundred bucks. Frustrating, yet rewarding. Now if only my allergies would chill out. Ripping out all the moldy, wet sub flooring has had me all sorts of funky all day.

Kody broke his wrist at flag football practice on Monday. We didn't think it was broke because he had full range of motion... just a little soreness. He tried to bat today in his fall baseball game and when he made contact "OUCH!" Took him to the ER and sure enough, it's broke. Son of a bitch! First his collarbone, now this. So much for shooting the bow. He's getting a cast on in the morning. Hopefully he can still pull the trigger on the crossbow.

As for me, my damn truck will be down till sunday or later. I'm in need of a fuel pump relay (lets hope that's it) and a new gas tank. I'm hoping that a trip to the junkyard will set me straight though.

I keep getting sucked into the Political section of TOO. I know better. Yet, I still find myself getting sucked into the ignorance of differing political opinions. I just need to accept the fact some people are oblivious to reality. I log onto TOO to enjoy myself and unwind. I need to quit sliding into this section.
