only had a chance to get on for a minute last night. so read the write up and watched the video today.

After watching the video the angle didn't appear to be to upward like I thought so the duck and maybe being just a hair off on yardage was the reason she it high. Way to go Kate! Well, the final chapter to this story was finished today. Got the call her mount was done, so we went over to pick it up. Preston at Tall Timbers Taxidermy did an excellent job on her deer. The summer coat looks awesome! It's also nice to finally hang a deer on the wall (even though it wasn't mine)!

That my friend is a kick ass mount. Love the short summer coat and they did a gret job on the wet nose look as well. Can't wait to see it hangin the next time I come to visit.
