That is awesome. What county is that in?
When I was a teenager I heard the coat trick to and tried it. I tried it on a big old boar coon and the damn thing turned on me under the coat and bite me clear though my finger. Then I went to plan B and used a tire iron on it.

Ya a wild teenager and too many beers that day long ago. I am wiser now and don't use my coat but a pistol.

That was sweet!! Pretty cool to know you have them lurking around there! Found plans a while back on the internet to make a plywood board with a half moon hole to slip over the paw so you can work on the trap. Can make a leg to stand on as well so you can do it solo.
