I‘ve had issues with this for years. Been wearing spacers between a couple toes, basically one on each foot. It helps but has its limitations. The video explains pretty much why it happens and between combat boots and steel toes it’s the reasoning. Also running shoes cab be the culprit if you look at the designs.
I have hammer toe as well on top of this. Surgery is what’s suggested but too me it’s a last ditch effort if and when it affects my daily routine. For now I just live it. But I think I’ll try the exercises he showed. See if that helps at all. Plus it doesn’t cost anything but a few minutes.
Last year I broke down and bought crocs and they seem too help a lot. When I’m not working on the driveway or in the yard I’m wearing them. The end of the day the feet don’t seem too be as bad as if I wore lace up boots or shoes.
Hopefully this might help someone else.

It was interesting. And the opportunities to tease J about this one are endless. Bored in retirement, J? Not the toe video your were hoping for, J? Truthfully, thanks for sharing. People spend huge money on their feet as they age. This could help many..

Ahh hell, tease away 😂
Wife actually found it and showed me. She sees me hobbling arhat the end of the day. So she’s looking out for me, go figure. Right??? 😂

Figured you might be look into the exercises as well.
Gonna take some work before I ever get these toe fingers to fit between my actual toes. They've been glued together for as long as I can remember. I gotta use a rag to wash between them because I can't get anything else to fit. I could see how this would've helped as I was younger. Let that be a lesson to anyone just now dealing with foot issues.

I don't think I could get my short arms around my core and down the length of my long legs. Even if I could I'd have to start with onion skin and work my way through newspaper, then bond paper then cardboard. I'd be dead before my fingers would do what his are doing. I have them rubber spacers somewhere, but when you use them, talk about pain! My problems are all with the "this little piggy had none" and the "wee wee wee all the way home" one... "Wee wee wee" is trying to go under "had none."

This is what I thought I was gonna see here though.
Thanks boys, I'm gonna try it!
