(y) :)One of the items on my to-do/personal enrichment/bucket list is to learn how to run a sewing machine . Finally got after it, used some cotton duck to make a muzzy possibles bag. Not completely finished, gotta put the straps on it. Like me, it ain't pretty, but will be functional. No pattern, just laid mu stuff out and marked and measured and cut and stitched. Gonna spray it with some waterproofing stuff when done.

That's a 100 year old 1925 Singer sewing machine model 99-13, from wife's aunt. Run s great. I'm pretty pleased.

Update : got the straps sewed on and magnetic catches sewn in, along with a support strut in the center to keep the bag from opening and dumping. I bought some of the same material in dark brown and will someday make version 2.0

I googled some practice projects and made some shit-pillowcases, stuffed toys, phone/tablet holders,and chapstick Keychain holders. And i hemmed some pants. So I'm done for a while. Glad I learned this skill
