And just now done my personal best ever..... still shaking but this is awesome!

My nuts hurt just looking at that, well done Rick! Had to be around a 2hr ride?

There is a trick to it...
I dropped 30. On an extra large seat. I also adjusted that seat about 20 times to get it right. Nutz need pulled up high and out of the way🤣 and a stiff pair of denim shorts will help as well.

I decided to try different ways to do legs workout. Trying to get my legs swole a bit. I watched a few legs workout on Instagram. So, I went done the workout at the gym Sunday. I gotta say it whupped my ass and I couldn’t stand for 2 days. Legs are little sore so stretching it a bit and getting back at it again this weekend. Exactly like this... for past 2 days

So glancing through trail cam pics I noticed one of me shirtless on the quad. Got some improvement to make. So starting a clean out, Daily drinking a gallon of water. This may seem small to all day water drinkers but I'll struggle getting it down. Going to try to eat as natural as possible and cut out junk calories.

Been going to the gym. Haven’t stopped since April. Started off 40 each with dB hex press, incline dB press and stuff after awhile and now I’ve doing 70 pound each DB now. So next week will step it up to 80-90 pound each dB

I hit my lowest weight since my early twenties at 158 lbs last week. The past seven days I upped my intake to 3400 calories a day to start the bulking process. My body fat percentage is down to nearly 10-12%. Feeling better than ever. I've done zero cardio, other than hiking, hanging stands and hunting. All diet and some weight lifting.

Been eating way to much lately!!! Fatter than shit feel like shit. Need to cut out 3000 calories a day.

My last 3 posts here should tell it all LOL! Haven't gained much, just not eating like I should be. No fast food for me other than Sunday on our way back so at least that's a positive.
