Well my crazy son got up at 4:00 drove 5 hours to a dealer to look at a truck, if they can make all the numbers work he says he is buying it.

2017 F350 Lariat crew cab, 4x4, gasser 103,000 miles really clean inside and out, they are asking 41,500, we will see if he can get the deal done.

FYI now is the time to buy a truck, in the next few months for sure, dealers are going to be buried in them and my friend that works at the auction says prices are really starting to soften.

look for drops over the summer, I guess old Joe is helping in that regard. Lol

4 flatbeds, each with at least 6 full sized pick-up trucks of all brands tied up traffic on the way to work this morning. Heading towards an area with several used car lots. Didn't stick around to see which one they pulled into.

2013 Ford F150 with the 5.0 and 93,000 miles on it!! Towed that big white beast 2200 miles from AZ to PA. I got the rig weighed to make sure I had the True Tow distribution hitch dialed in. The trailer was at 9,500. Never missed a beat. Thats nothing compared to diesel capability...but my pants were definitely tighter while towing it!!! 😂

She looks loaded beautifully, and that trailer is a beaut!

After placing the order back in May of ‘21 we were finally able to pick up Mamma’s new ride yesterday evening. Only took 15 month due to parts constraints, and we had to ‘settle’ on the new for ‘23 Ultimate trim level for a Yukon. Didn’t really want to pay the price upper for certain extras, but the dealer didn’t know how much longer they would have to wait for our original options based on ongoing constraints. Oh well, I’m sure we’ll keep it forever. And it is pretty sweet!
