I'd say you did well if it doesn't have any rust. They were pretty basic and crude. Simple to work in. Straight six motor lasts a long time

Fresh new rubber and brand new brakes all the way around. She's already for the pretty lady of my world! Good to go for the next 50+k.

So it is a 19' F350 with more options than I care to admit. After towing with it this weekend, I am in love. It is also the first truck I've had in a long time that wasn't highly modified. I like that too. I also HATE having a black truck. So I had it ceramic coated to help keep it looking clean. I just couldn't pass up the deal over the color. It doesn't do well in pictures, but it's sharp and clean looking. I feel officially old. Nice stock truck and I don't plan to modify it. I honestly don't think I'm even going to put oversized tires on it.

A thing of beauty right there! (minus the Ford rear sag). Can't wait to check it out in person and great to hear the towing experience was a good one! The crazy thing to me is these things are now the same HP stock, as our old ones all juiced lol. Hope she loves ya a long time!

Have you seen the numbers on the new 6.7 HO? Freaking rowdy

My rental is a 22' F150 XLT ecoboost with 650 miles. Dang screen in it is bigger than the TV we had when I was a kid! The 10 speed seems to be learning or something. Shifts are all over the place and not very nice. I have driven it on multiple settings and it'll get up and roll on Sport mode. Eco mode is a joke. Seems to drive the best on Regular or Slippery settings. Average MPG is 18.8 so far. Sits low and is very easy to get in and out of. Rides smooth. Doesn't feel like a truck at all. Lol

For anyone wondering or possibly in the market.

Turned 1,000 miles on that F150 yesterday. Pushing 20 mpg. It's nice, just not for me. My truck should be done this week. Looking forward to getting it back. Even though the dealership has made me a hell of an offer on it.

My brain tells me to go ahead and buy a brand new one before these Unions renegotiate a new pay rate. Because we all know damn well the consumer will pay for that and profits won't suffer. Just a damn nice truck I have and don't need it, I also don't need a brand new truck to sit in the barn. Wife wants me to keep what I have because it's loaded and I would buy a base model if new. They were sure to tell me about the Ford financing being 1.9% right now🤣. I told them to find me a 7.3 truck in silver, any configuration but standard cab. Then we will talk. Haven't heard anything from them since. That is the truck I was looking for when I found this one, so that is the only thing that'll get me out of this one.
