My dad bought 2 of these Lazy Man box blinds. We put one on a 10’ platform. The other is on a platform at ground level. I’m not a fan of the window system but they are nice blinds in inclement weather.

I used a office chair in mine so i could scoot around to the windows - had waterproof floor mats

So you really should build bigger than a 3 ft x 3 ft blind Dave.

They are very nice…but you’ve gotta do a lot of caulking to seal up all of the places the wasps can get in. With a carpet (to quiet the rollers on the chair) an office chair and a heater, you can get pretty comfortable…maybe even fall asleep now and then.
