Might as well kick this thing off because I know I'm not the only one getting pumped spring turkey!

We set this blind up on a ridge that always sees action. I've killed a couple of birds in this vicinity, so this is set up with kids and/or rainy days in mind. I also have cell service, so I can "work from home" at this spot if need be 😂

Tennessee should be on fire in 2 weeks if the weather there having stays. They have heard birds all week. We will be trying some different areas off of the boat into some areas of public that you can't get to. We have talked about it for a few years now and my buddy bought a jet boat that we can run up the shallow channels before the lake fills up.

Nothing special about this ammo other than I like it and it works well in my gun. 2 3/4” seems to be harder and harder to find and I snagged the last box that Vance’s had. I’ve been watching THP Turkey Tour and trying to talk myself out of spending the money to go to Kentucky the weekend before our opener 😅

Just contacted my guys and we're all coordinated on the week prior (chores) and opening week of the season. Started shooting again getting regular on the walking range behind the house here. So much fun to shoot them in the face with a stick... Here's a couple of mine and one of Mooch's from the last couple years. Hopeful for a chance with the numbers going down the way they are.
