Quiet here too. Limited gobbling from 6-6:15 and way south of me across the holler and township road from my setup. Hit the ridge for one of my favorite places to ride it out. At the head of a drainage that connects to a historic strut zone in the field behind me. Nice open hardwood flat from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock.

It was the other neighbor. I text him and informed him it was a pet. Said he heard him and was trying to challenge him.

Didn't want to step on my toes as another hunter. Yet he was trying to call him off my property (where he thought the bird was). How does that work? Lol. Dunbass couldve just went around the road and seen that it isn't a dog in the cage. Big ass white bird
