A suppressor helps more than any brake or compensator.....
For the $ I just saw on the suppressors, I will just wear ear protection. I'm just using it to shoot deer.A suppressor helps more than any brake or compensator.....
Oddly enough, I don't know....yet. I put it on 2 years ago and never made it back out to the rifle range to test it. I should've though, because there could be a point of impact difference. Not highly likely, because of my experience with my 243, which never changed anything....just projected the sound away from me.I'm sure you have shot it after installing the compensator, how big of a difference did it make?
To each their own but the deer feeding within 10 feet of the doe i got tonight never reacted to my shot and my ears never rang. 'tis a beautiful thingFor the $ I just saw on the suppressors, I will just wear ear protection. I'm just using it to shoot deer.
When old uncle stops the whole stamp debacle, I’ll get one. Until then, Fack the man!To each their own but the deer feeding within 10 feet of the doe i got tonight never reacted to my shot and my ears never rang. 'tis a beautiful thing
First shot, first kill. Brought home a doe a couple nights ago, thanks to the new 350. 60 yards, broadside… took out both lungs and the top of the heart. Entry and exit holes, solid blood trail. The kids and I tracked her in reverse yesterday and were able to locate the bullet which was buried in the ground. Very pleased with the performance of this Barnes bullet. It did exactly what it was designed to do.Killed quite a few with my Savage 220, but this week I think it's time to break in a new .350 Legend and see what all the hype is about. CVA Cascade with 16" barrel and Barnes 170-grain hollow point copper-solids.
I have plenty of rounds but those barnes are greatFirst shot, first kill. I took a shot with the new linear compensator, while standing along the edge of a woods. Usually, the woods would enhance the shot sound and make it worse, so this was a good test. I'll have to say that it is 100% better than the factory muzzle break! Having the ports on the end of the break makes all the difference in projecting the sound/blast away from the shooter. Well worth the money!I'm sure you have shot it after installing the compensator, how big of a difference did it make?
What else is there? You going to wear jeans and 80s vintage army surplus camo, too?
Good call! I'll stop when I go out later. I gotta be kind and rewind before I go to Blockbusters. That also reminds me, I gotta get Faygo.$0.99 plastic orange vest from K-Mart.
I almost went there, but rolled with K-Mart insteadYou know what...just for you I'm gonna where bread bags on my feet tomorrow. Back to the basics! Lmao
