What do you do for a living?

CNC Grinding, our company manufactures tools for everything imaginable and every country imaginable.

After Hocking College kicked me out I got hired in there, been doin it for goin on 15 years. Various 5 axis CNC grinding machines that can grind tools made of various steel and also carbide. The new Boeing superbus is one of the coolest projects I was involved with. Ford, John Deere, and Caterpillar are a few big customers. Hell buck buster probably uses our tooling to make the Detroits.

Replaceable drill inserts and their holders are our specialty, we also manufacture rim drill inserts (for chamfering lug holes), huge business in oil/gas and hydraulic industry. Oh, and we also have a Water Jet, amazing little unit! Cool thread :)

Art Director for a company that manufactures printing plates and cutting dies for the corrugated industry. Freelance graphics, illustration (fine art) and web stuff.

I work at a beer distibuter called Southeast Beverage. We sell Miller/Coors, and alot of random stuff like imports, Redbull, wine, tea, nesquick and so on. Right now I'm just a jack of all trades there. I'm in the warehouse some, and I also drive and deliver with the semi's..which is perfect because I'm working on getting my class A CDL's. And I do a tad bit of mowing, but it's a weekend deal basically. Awsome thread tho!

I'm a hustler baby! lmao

I am self employed. I mostly do paint and trim during the warm months. During fall/winter I will do larger remodel projects. I have done 7 pole barns also.

I no longer do work through contractors. I might again but have no need at this point.

Manage/maintain rental properties and other general labor.

Im always lookin for small businesses to start.

I maintained a great glass blowing business for a couple years but that has since fizzled out thanks to India.

Have a couple ideas for future businesses. We'll see what happens. The wheels are always turning.

CNC machinist for Ariel Corp....we make natural gas compressors. I am also a lieutenant for our local FD. Been a firefighter since I graduated high school. I am currently a nursing student going for my RN degree. I should have it done in about 1.5 - 2 years, and then I will finally enjoy my job!!
