I would buy as much land as far away from people as possible. Then I'd put a nice log home on it, with a big barn. I'd fill the cabin and barn with whatever I wanted, and I'd take up whatever hobbies I wanted. I'd pay whatever it took to run fiber to the cabin and that would be the end of it. Whatever I had left over would be invested.
