Salads. Penne pasta with sauce consisting of deer and hot sausage. Melted hot pepper cheese one top. Garlic bread. Probably my favorite meal that I make other than steaks.

Start off with a pecan bacon salad with lemon dressing. Then move on TOO the homemade marinade boneless pork ribs, with sides of potatoes with bacon, and caramelized carrots. All washed down with a Shock Top end of the world midnight wheat.

The weather's been great. I miss Deer Camp already because I cook like this every Saturday night while at camp. The guys always look forward to my meals. I should be out hunting and killing but I'm at home grilling this weekend. Decided to grill up a couple slabs of beef ribs and sandwich in the middle a rack of deer ribs. I cooked in the oven at 225 for 5 hours before finishing off on the grill. Here's a couple action photos.

The outcome:
Deer Ribs, Beef Ribs, Garden Corn & Lima Beans, Garlic Cheese Bread, Tater Tots (because my kids like them), and a Samual Adams Alpine Spring.
