What's For Dinner?

After over 5 miles of hiking in the mountains looking for bear sign i was on my way home to eat supper and i get a dang swat call. Finally wrap that up and i get home to eat my supper at around 0130. After being up for over 32 hours i finally got to sit down and enjoy this delicious venison pot roast and cornbread my wife put together. Worth it!

Jesse's hot pickle, jesse's hot mustard, ketchup, mayo, cheese,

Carolina reaper seasoning, and a sunny side up egg. Get in my belly!

Pork belly leftovers. It was better today, 17 hours on Sous Vide and then smoked for about an hour over cherry wood. Made it Monday, it was better today heated up in a skillet.

Butchering today and I saved some loin tips for breakfast. If you've been considering chickens, I highly recommend you get a few. Fresh eggs from chickens you raise are way better than eggs you get at the store!

Finally ready for dinner. Was drinking beer while I was waiting on meatballs to be done. Italian Herb & Garlic buns, mozzarella cheese and sauce.

Marinated deer loin kebabs, cornbread, pintos, and a vidaila onion. Just took a load of smoked king mackeral off to go in a dip tomorrow.

Splurged this evening. Hit up burger king for 2 for 6$. Spicy chicken sandwiches. Should’ve seen the winners working there. Not a toof between two of them. One was 49 and look 70+ and the other was probably high 20’s with the look of 50 w meth bugs.
