Been a while since I posted in here. Weight has stayed steady right above 165 for a while. Eating habits could still improve a little. Main thing is we are still doing good about staying away from most ultra processed stuff. We have also been baking most our own buns and bread. A couple weeks ago I also cut back on the Lattes. Was getting a little crazy. Started weigh in Wednesdays as well to keep a better focus. 163.4 this morning. First time breaking 165 in over 25 years. Final goal is to break 160# and then stay right around there.
