sous vide/smoked brisket done medium/medium rare, "southern" (LOL) fried cabbage, high heat roasted herbed potatoes. it weren't none too hateful. ;)

I'm borrowing a sous vide cooker from a buddy of mine at work. I'm going to get my feet wet with it this weekend on a venison steak. I'm tired of drooling on my keyboard...

LOL, you might as well get your wallet out now. once you eat a hunk of venison loin cooked to exactly 129° and pan seared to finish, you'll never look at a venison steak the same way again.
