I committed a sin tonight...

I threw a roast sized chunk of pork loin in the smoker yesterday. Tasty.
I've gotten hooked on BLTE's. Throw a fried or scrambled egg on there.
I almost did fried up an egg. It weighed heavily on my mind....lol.

yes indeed. fried egg standard equipment on my BLT, cheese, too. if I'm feeling particularly froggy, I'll caramelize the onions as well, which is totally worth the effort, btw.
Brunch anyone? This might deserve a spot in the homestead thread. Leftover grilled deer steak Butter fried, neighbors eggs, garden tomatoes and jalapeños. I love this time of year!
Came home, time for brunch. Left over cheese burger, fried egg on top. Mac and cheese, baked beans (#FACKJOE) and some coleslaw.
