Our second attempt, phenomenal!!! Been on the smoker for 10 hours... It’s some 5-4-1 recipe the wife found... Been waiting on these all day long... Wasn’t disappointed...
grilled pizza featuring hand tossed crust, home made pizza sausage, fresh sauteed Chanterelles, fresh Wax peppers and basil from the garden. dago wife doin' me up right on a Wednesday night. 
Cubed deer loin, baby corn and honey carrots.

14 hr smoked Boston butt roast, deer boudin and pepper poppers.
Sometimes all ya need is a simple brat or two ...

WTF ?? No, homemade hot pepper mustard. Looks odd in the pic I admit.
sous vide/seared venison loin finished with beef fat aioli and truffle salt, grilled fresh picked green beans, mashed russets toped with liquid heaven, a.k.a., Chanterelle mushroom gravy.
PshIs that baked beans?
Took the wife out for Mexican food.

Wife made salmon patties and steamed veggies. Check out the color on those Cherokee purple tomato slices out if the garden.
Fried Cabbage, Smoked Sausage, Bananna Peppers and Mushrooms Fried in Olive Oil and Butter. Not sure what you would call it, but we called it quite yummy!

finally, a ripe tomato. BLT with fresh Arugula, some red onion, an egg, and american cheese on toasted brioche bread with a hefty side of sauteed Chanterelles.
Wife gets all the credit here ... big ass burritos awaiting my arrival home from work ....
