how did your brisket turn out?Spent the last 24 hours cooking. Apple smoked steelhead and turkey breasts. Crockpot pulled groundhog (it was in my house garage so I shot it with a .22), and Sous Vide/Gas grill beef brisket. Well worth the fun. Lots O Beer while I watched things. lol, smokeless brisket? surely, you jest?It was good by my taste buds but could have been better with a little smoke. My wife said...no smoke, use the gas grill. My son after dinner...Dad, it needed some smoke flavor. I can’t win but I followed my wife’s instructions. Even after 22 years...she hasn’t learned the ways and means yet. Despite being a teacher...she’s still in the learning department.
