Gotta share this: Tonight, I fix my plate as you see here and my wife was the same but she had Stubbs BBQ drizzled over half of hers. I asked her to take a bite of a big ole chuck on her plate that had no sauce on it. Her eyes lit up. She finished her plate and said, I think I’ll get another small plate full. She came back with NO BBQ sauce.

I tried to tell her! During our first round I said that’s like using A1 on a perfectly seared ribbie. I think she got the memo

Hit the dang morel jackpot!!!! Grilled them babies with light seasoning and butter. They were out of this world but really took away from my dang steak.

With the boy back from college for Easter, we asked him what he wanted. He chose thanksgiving dinner. So we made a brined turkey, home made stuffing, green beans with pancetta, mushrooms and sour cream, and mashed potatoes and gravy. He will have quite a bit to take back with him on Monday.
