Gonna chop up the spam into small pieces, add some scrambled eggs to the chopped bell peppers and cook them all together, then melt some cooper sharp cheese on top of it all.
Another winner from Hank Shaw. Chanterelle pasta. This is really easy and you could throw damn near anything you want in it. Superb summer pasta dish when our gardens are overflowing. I followed the recipe except for adding a little more garlic and some snow peas that needed to be eaten.

Trying to make room as hunting season nears. Deer loins in a Sherrie mushroom sauce w fixings.
The last of my Chanterelles had to be used today. Had just enough for one more batch of liquid heaven (thank you, Jesus.) Accompanied by sous vide/seared venison eye of round, sautéed garden snow peas, and grilled naan bread with garlic and oregano. It weren’t none too hateful
Forced myself in eating about a pound of bacon and two fat juicy beefsteak maters the past two days for lunches in this way. It was a struggle but I persevered. Lmao
the struggle is real during this most abundant time of year, Ric. hats off to you for powering through. 
Canned peppers and made relish yesterday. Garden is winding down. Learned some good lessons for next year, though… With just the two of us, we need too scale back on some things and add more of others…

Cooking good for my guys at the tac ops conference in Nashville this week.
It's been a while since I've done any dutch oven cooking & with Strouds on my mind, this will be on the ticket ..... Chicken enchilada burritos....
Main course(T bone with sautéed onions and baked tater) then dessert( smokehouse almonds, peanut m&ms and peanut butter pretzel bites with another drank in spa.

Our last night in Nashville so I cooked the boys a boil after training. Sure was mighty fine with some homeade tartar sauce.
Steak and foil potatoes with caesar salad. Oh and the coolers full again!
Beef stew meat braised in beef consume and French onion soup, then tossed over noodles.
Notta-Lotta Acres purchased a meat pen of chickens from a fellow 4H club member, giving 2of3 a whirl tonight to determine which seasoning is preferred by the masses at home.

The gas grill sits next to it, but never gets used. Did some thick cut bacon on it this AM, took it to fair all week earlier in the month as the main grill/cooker
