Braised lamb shank with a honey mustard reduction over mashed taters with green beans.

Baked skin on bone in chicken thighs with air fried tater slices and asparagus spears tonight. Chicken was rubbed down with Holy Gospel and basted with melted butter at the end of bake.

Grilled 60 South salmon with Blackberry Zinfandel sauce, Rosemary rice and, well you can figure out the rest. Our thornless blackberry bushes produced twice as many berries as they ever have. Berries huge and sweet. Gonna be lots of cobbler this winter. Blackberry Zinfandel sauce, too.
