Cooked hot and fast and i only singed a few hairs on my hand and arm.
Pheasant breasts with a garlic honey mustard sauce - a definite hit
Duck breasts with sweet and sour - okay
Spatchcock duck with herbs de provence.... good but the wings and legs were really chewy
Duck breasts with ribs still on.... cooked nice but with only salt and pepper it needed something more
I need more duck recipes.... I've never cooked it before
