Plain Jane Chanterelles and cauliflower mushrooms sautéed with a little butter, salt and pepper with some leftover plate ribs drizzled with the last of my Carolina style bbq sauce. Vinegar based sauce is just as good on Texas style beef ribs as it is on pulled pork.
Lots of leftovers with 4 bone 8.8lb rack of beef plate ribs with only two diners. I whipped up a hash with some peppers and scallions from the garden to make quesadillas. Fresh tomatoes and Cilantro on top. Love my garden this time of year.

Got a catfish dinner at a restaurant called the Dinner Bell in Mayslick, Ky. Can't beat it for 12.99 for the two piece plater. They have bluegill and walleye on the menu too. The meatloaf is the best i have ever had. If you are on US-68 stop by. My wifes chicken and waffles were also good.
Smoked chops with a sear coming at the end. Sides are mustard potato salad , fresh cucumber salad with a fresh dill sour cream sauce with lemon juice and mators out of the garden , and pickled beets that we canned Thursday. Also included my latest favorite season blend for chops . I'll try to post a plate pic but I'm always to buzzed and shoving my face to remember
Blackened chicken breast strips seasoned with MC Holy Voodoo and Fajita rub smothered with multicolored bell strips sautéed in olive oil and again smothered with white cheddar Queso and side salad. Washing it down with Spicy margaritas and her red moscato.
