Smoking 3 slabs of pork BB ribs on the Traeger pellet smoker for Tam and the family this afternoon. In the middle of the 2 hour wrapped in foil phase and will unwrap at 3 for just a little while longer till sauce sets then let rest till family is ready to chow. Another beautiful day to chill out back enjoying small fire and family. Much to feel blessed for today. Happy Mothers Day to y’all’s wife’s who are mothers today.
I cleaned 4 limits of Saugeyes last week and 5 more yesterday. More local fish in my freezer now than there has been since my last trip to Erie for Walleye in 2013. Cheeks, wings and loin chunks tonight. I need to fish more.
