Here’s something we’ve been doing for appetizers that have become a hit for our kids and guests. We’ve used both shredded pork butt or brisket with great results. Just put in crescent roll dough and roll shredded meat into standard roll. Bake till almost golden brown but remove and drizzle rib candy pepper jelly syrup over each roll then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake another couple minutes.(adding syrup and cheese are optional of course)
Tonight is shredded pork butt, peachy peach habenero syrup and cheddar cheese.
