What's For Dinner?

Yesterday I baby sat 4 7-8lb pork butts from 7:30am to 10pm(internal temp at 202-203)
Covered in foil at 170 IT.

Rested in cooler till about midnight then into oven at 170 till 6:30am then back into cooler for more resting till 9. IT was still 167 and nice and moist. Double Wrapped in heavy duty foil. Bones pulled out with ease and meat was super juicy and tasted delicious.
