What's For Dinner?

The wife took the boy to see Hotel Transylvania 2, so I broke out a small bag of Jumbo Perch. I did a simple egg was and Ritz cracker breading then pan fried in some roll butter that I just got friday in Millersburgh. No condiments needed. Just a Yuengling Lager to wash it down

One of my favorites tonight. Fresh wood duck. Soaked in Mt. Dew for half a day then marinated in Worcestershire and A1 for the other half. Butter and pan fry.
