Tried cooking scallops last night, never had them but thought of Jesse when i was looking at them. Fried them in butter and a little sesame oil, added a little sriracha sauce and I think I bout threw up in my mouth when I took my first bite. Shit never seems to go as planned.

Scallops are hard to cook, perfectly. Under and they are mush. Over, rubber.

Wasn't a thread. Sears had a big sale a couple of weeks ago. Grill was marked $850, got it for $300... Today was just the first chance j had to put it together. I bought my wife a patio set at the same time.

Need another patio set? I have the same one with six chairs, $75. It just sits in our basement.
How about breakfast? Fresh batch of sausage, fresh farm eggs, biscuits, gravy, and some Texas Pete! Side of Hi-Ball pomegranate acai drink... My taste buds are beating my brains out!

Fries, buffalo chicken balls, and yellow perch.
Wasn't much time for pics once the perch was done. We all ate standing in the garage and no plates were needed. No dipping sauces, just plain good food.
