I truly outdid myself today. Cajon battered country fried steak along with special ru, cajon fried tomatoes with corn....
Damn you guys are killing me, I am starving after looking at these last few photos!! Fuggg I have to drive 25 minutes to TOO get TOO a Family dollar store to get junk to eat out here. Grrrrrrrr.

Last night was deep fried coconut salmon again with fresh cut red taters and deep fried Tony Pako's.

I made ... what I call a seafood melody. It has scallops, oysters, crab meat topped with the bread crumbs ....
Jaw bacon wrapped backstrap, blackened halibut... Hotdogs so the kids don't eat all the good shit. Lol
How about some beer can bacon cheeseburgers.
