Sorry I can’t share a recipe on this. One of those that my wife brings me a spoon and I tell her what to add more of.
Enchilada V-day dinner from my wife. My all time favorite meal that I normally only get from my mom. (Wife burned herself real bad a couple years ago heating the tortillas in the grease. She stopped making them for me.)
