I was out of propane and charcoal but the wood stove saved the day. Snagged a scoop shovel full of coals tossed in the Weber. I'll do this more often.

Stopped at Kroger’s on way home today and got two chuck roasts( two for one deal) and some taters and carrots. Sooooo, looked online and thought this pot roast recipe looked damn good so before work in the morning I’ll get it started. I’ll share results tomorrow night....

Scottish people hardly speak english.
Bangers and mash, neeps and tatties, mushy peas. Also had a bowl of scotch broth soup. The cream lager was good too.
