Fried flathead bellies, homemade fries, just puppy’s, fried crab ragoons, coleslaw, Mac n cheese, boiled crawfish. Homemade cheesecake
Cast iron chuck eyes steamed redskins with brussel sprouts. Cooking a corned roast for hash in the morning along with sausage gravy....gotta eat through this weather!
Reheated leftovers from last night. Wasn’t over cooking my steak and it was delish.

Jimmy Buffets margaritaville shrimp scampi for an appetizer,Jack Daniels honey bbq pulled pork and Bob Evans loaded mash tators with a Michelob family is sick so wanted something easy to fix and not eat all the chicken noodle soup

I’m in the same boat….having trout tonight, have 8 more in the basement freezer along with 4 bags of perch fillets from last spring. Plan on cooking it all over the next couple of weeks to make room for this springs catch. Going to my buddies camp in Potter county in May to go trout fishing for 7-10 days.
