Woke up early an didn't have a fire going in garage so decided to mess around in the kitchen , some sausage gravy biscuit casserole and cheesey scrambled eggs with sausage . Been having a hard time getting out of the chair ever since...

Cajun battered perch topped off with candied jalapeños...so delicious!

Put a rack of ribs on the easy bake this morning about 10am. Wrapped em in foil after 2 hrs. Pulled them after 2 more hours and sauced em up. Used a mixture of sweet baby rays, Worcestershire, and a hot sauce called Why. Was a perfect combination. T said it was the best ribs she has ever tried. I think she was just buttering me up though.
