Tonight’s celebratory 30 year meal compliments from Olive Garden and Costco.

salad, gnocchi chicken soup, fried chicken Alfredo(me) grilled chicken Alfredo(wife) and Red blend red.

Maters on my salad complimented by moi.

If you're a member, check out Sam's Club pizzas. I was there Sunday & remembered to but a slice. They give you a really big slice & it was the best I've had in a long time. Wife & I wanted to go back & get a whole 16" for take out today. Can't beat the price at $ 8.98 ! What I had Sunday couldn't be any fresher & seemed a bit better than today, but still .....

They have cheese, pepperoni & the works .

Nothing to see here. Fried speckle trout, flounder and 3 soft crabs.

Tiny beef tenderloin steaks I trimmed from a whole tenderloin that I cut into roasts, smoked bacon wrapped jalapeños filled with home made sausage, chanterelle mushrooms and the usual cheeses, fresh ‘mater with cottage cheese and grilled Naan bread. Loving my garden and pellet grill today.

Had some family to camp for dinner with my boy. Made thr last of the golden oysters x 4 prime strip steaks. Salted room temperature an hour prior. Good portion of my homemade brisket seasoning. Got a nice cherry wood char on these.

Steak fires, two coleslaws vinegar and mayo, golden oysters and a the steak.
