What a beautiful day ! I finally got out TOO look for some sheds. Didn't find anything, but a coon & I almost walked into each other out in a corn field. Both of us apparently had our eyes to the ground.
What a beautiful day !
I'm even enjoying poop-scooping! :smiley_coolpeace:
Got to target shoot the 10/22 and 5.56 today. That was a blast until my fingers froze out.
The first few times I shot, the 22 would jam. Guess that was user error. Once I started butting it tighter to my shoulder, all problems were fixed.
I'll learn, I'll learn. :smiley_coolpeace:
What brand of ammo did you have in the 10/22? I know some of the lower powder charged cheaper ammo will jam a semi auto quick. The charge isn't enough to push the slide back all the way and the next round gets pinched when the slide comes forward. Might need to try different brands of ammo as well. Might not have been user error at all. Just something I have found over the years of shooting the .22's. Have fun and shoot straight![]()
They sold me a brick of American Eagle when I bought the gun. I know nothing about ammo and only learned there were differences due to TOO.
I was told I was not butting it tight enough. Guess years of crossbow shooting has done that to me, because I rarely butt the crossbow tightly. :smiley_chinrub:
