How old is she??? Mine was the same....mine wife said its just a phase.... That was until she hated her as well lmao.....
They're freaking EVIL lmao.....
But then, they mature a little and become a normal human being.....
I got back from a 2009 deployment and had a boat load of leave saved up and she'd been a holy terror while I was gone.... I took the summer off and had her busy 6 days a week....nothing like waking a 16 year old girl @ 0700 every morning too go cut wood..... Spit wood and stack it.... I gave her a reason too dislike me lol since she already did.....
Well I guess I better enjoy my daughter while she is 2. When I come home from work she runs over and gives me a hug.
How is any of this good? My 10 year old girl is a daddy's girl, I'll enjoy it until it stops. I'll also stay in denial as long as I can...

That's how it works for me.

Graci is turning 14 next month. She is in 8th grade this year. At the end of the football game last night, she and her friends were gathered together making plans. The parents caught up to them and we all discussed plans. I said "Come here Graci so Daddy can embarrass you." Gave her a hug and kiss on the forehead. She didn't care. That is TOO TOO TOO good in my opinion. Tells me a couple things: She has good friends, and she may not have hit the stage you guys are mentioning yet. Definitely not a 'little girl' anymore, but not a bratty diva yet.
