Thanks guys, these moments are amazing and really remind you about whats most important in life! It got a little dicey as he was face up and the cord ended up being wrapped his neck. Next thing you know his heartbeat started dropping and they called a code pink. The room was swarmed with a team ready to rush him off but he snapped out of it as soon as they let me clip the cord. 2 steps towards the warming bed and his cries broke the tension in the room. Color quickly returned and he laid peacefully listening to the chaos.

Thank you all. We are getting the green light to get out of here around noon! Looking forward to sleeping in our own bed (what little sleep you can get with a newborn) tonight. The hospital does a "Celebratory" dinner so we enjoyed that last night. They whipped up some pretty good bbq brisket and stuffed chicken but it didnt come close to Beener's perfection thats for damn sure! I absolutely hate hospitals and the associated smells. Cant get out of here quick enough!

15yr old is being disrespectful to Momma? Teach him something useful. One of our kids is learning to wax a vehicle. And my wife drives an Envoy with third row seat. It isn't quite as big as a Suburban but it isn't exactly a compact car. Disciplinary action covered? Check. Learning a new skill? Check. Learning how to maintain his future vehicles? Check. Momma's ride getting cleaned up after winter? Check. I see this as a win all across the board. TOO good!

For the record- it has the Denali rims. I polished those. Rims suck. I have also been here with him for 75% of the action. When he has done a satisfactory job, I go over it with the orbital buffer for a final polish. He still gets to do the worst of it but Erin needs a sharp ride. Not sure my final polishing is actually doing much more than his hand polish but I am anal about vehicles. Lmao
