I'm not trying to sound all racist or anything, but your not supposed to mix the black and white!Just spent the morning installing a battery back up to our sump pump. Only screwed up once and had to go to the hardware store to buy a new connector as i was cementing parts together.
No I'm really curious what kind of glue you used. If you used the wrong glue on two different plastics it may hold for a while, but I wouldn't want to gamble that on sump pump fittings. Nothing worse than coming home and seeing your sump pump turned into a pool fountain in your basement.
No one told me not to mix colors....
The normal two part purple and orange stuff for pipes.

Black pipe and fittings is called ABS. There is no cleaning required just use ABS glue and it's ready for water in a half hour. I personally wouldn't trust that set up. Especially if your regularly pumping water.
I would just cut out the white PVC fittings and use ABS fittings and pipe with the proper glue and then you'll be able to sleep good.

I was looking around budsgunshop.com and saw they had a walnut franchi affinity 20 gauge on sale for $368, normally $750. My dad had been looking for a semi autoshotgun for awhile so he picked it up. It was such a good deal I hope he didn't just buy an empty box.

My late winter yard project is finally finished. Trees cut up & removed, stumps grinded & mulch removed, holes filled & re seeded . Burn pile spots have grown back in, lawn fertilized this am. Opening day is tomorrow & I can sit in the woods without a care of yard work.... for now.

Yes those crazy guys are still using that lift. I would not go up in that thing for anything!
We are replacing the Skylight glass between the Hyatt and then Drury Inn on Nationwide Boulevard. It's actually part of the receiving area for the convention center.

My buddy called me and said he heard from a landowner we hunt on and he wasn't happy. I guess my buddy cussed out some other hunters on his place last gun season and it got back to him. We have hunted it since we were 16 so we have a pretty good relationship with him. I got drug into it somehow when I wasn't even around. My buddy told me he was gonna go talk to him to work it out and I shouldn't go over in case he was gonna be mad about it. I decided to go over tonight since it was raining and he wouldn't be working the fields. Long story short I was there for 2 hours talking and all is good for me. Helped him on his mower and told his wife I would be by to pressure wash there house soon since she asked if I could. I'm not so sure what he's gonna say to my buddy but I'm glad Im still on his good side he owns 1500 acres and it would suck to loose.
